Mdina Trust Services Limited strives to maintain the confidentiality in all aspects of a client's identity and dealings to the utmost level. Subsequent to a satisfactory "know your client" check, as required by Maltese law and international standards, we use all legal measures to protect client confidentiality. For trusts whose settlor and beneficiaries are not resident/domiciled in Malta and where the trust has no income in Malta subject to taxation, there is no regular or recurring reporting requirements about the trust and its normal activities to any authorities. Mdina Trust Services Limited as licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority is subject to the Prevention of Money Laundering laws and regulations which include the MFSA verifying that the "know your client" procedures have been followed.
