Mdina Trust Services Limited will provide the registered office in Malta and file the required returns and documents with the Registrar of Companies and Inland Revenue Department in Malta.

Additionally, we can provide invoicing, bookkeeping, payments and receipts, bank reconciliations and all other services related to back office administration for these companies.

As nominees Mdina Trust Services Limited, acts under the direct instructions of the owner and will not take any action unless specifically instructed by the owner.
